Anarchy Moment #0003 – “You And The Police” by Boston T. Party
Driving your car, or being in a car, is an open invitation for the police to pull you over and look for probably cause to search you. How can you avoid the police pulling you over? What do you do and say when pulled over? What are your rights?
The book “You And The Police” by Boston T. Party answers these questions.
I talk about real life examples where people with drugs got arrested because they are stupid and didn’t read this book. You may think you are safe if you don’t have drugs. Stop living in that fantasy world. If you are a man and especially if you don’t have white skin you are in danger any time you drive a car.
Know your rights.
Do not consent to a search. Ever.
If a police officer is asking you a question it’s not because he is your friend. It’s because he believe the answer will incriminate you. The Supreme Court has acknowledged this to be true.
