My take on A.I. is identical to my take on White Men on the moon. Yes, A.I. can do all the things the overlords want it to. Yes, White Men landed on the moon, and can do it again. No arguments on those two facts.
The problem is, how many White Men were sacrifices on the Altar of Progress, just so we could say we went to the moon? Again, how many White Men will be sacrificed, just to say we have A.I.? The fact remains, that these programs are immoral, and a squandering of taxpayer money, and as such, is a show of force, or a display of power, that White Men will be sacrificed, on the vile Altar of Progress, whether they like it or not. Not only this, but the very White Men being sacrificed, will beg to be sacrificed, because they are completely deluded, thinking “it’s worth it” to go to the moon, or to get A.I.
There is no more capable predator, than the one that convinces its prey to beg to be eaten. It is the ultimate display of cunning.
