Note: This is more than 666 words. I could not condense this down that tight. Still I did edit the hell out of it and kill all my attempts at humour and tangeting.

In The Get Off The Internet Episode of The Greasy Pole Adam and I talked about AI. One of the things we discussed was who will be replaced by AI. You’ve seen the headlines. Variations of the “Women Most Affected” psyop.

Adam advanced the idea that AI is going to put a significant number of people out of work.

I countered that 1) it will not put near the number of people out of work as is being projected and 2) those who lose their jobs will mostly be men. I don’t think I said it at the time – not just men, heterosexual white men.

I want to elaborate in detail my reasoning for this forecast.

The entities which can replace people with AI can be put into one of five categories. Small business. Medium business. Large business. Government. Non-profit. I will define my terms.

Small Business:

Definition – A business that has less than 20 employees. Every person is essential. There is regular over-time being worked. The owners are working in and on the business and not getting much money beyond what it takes to pay their bills and survive.

Adam owns a small business. He stated something to the effect that if he could replace an employee with AI he would do so because he needs to make money. I don’t disagree with that. My assertion is (and has been since day one) that AI can do any of the jobs done by women that don’t produce anything. AI can replace the fat HR bint. AI can not replace the cute barista who filled my coffee cup before I sat down to write this.

Most small businesses, to include Adam’s, will not be able to replace anyone with AI as these small businesses don’t have employees doing things that AI can do. Small businesses can’t afford employees who don’t do anything. Thus they don’t have them. Thus they can’t replace them.

Small businesses might start using AI for research, number crunching, forecasting, etc. But there is no one at a small business doing only those things who can be replaced.

AI impact on small business employment: A very small amount. Nearly imperceptible.

Large Business:

Definition – A business that is so large, so well funded, they don’t have to care about anything. Including public opinion. These are the companies NPCs will continue to give money to no matter what.

Wal-mart. Tesla. Budweiser. Coke. Micro$oft. Apple. Google. Blackrock. They have money to burn.

The vast majority of Americans can never – I mean never – stop giving money to Wal-mart, Apple, Google, and Mirco$oft. NPCs are about to start paying a subscription for Windows. NPCs will never stop shopping at Wal-mart.

These companies have so much money they can pay people to do nothing. I mean nothing. Remember the Google Gurls who made videos of their day at work which consisted of eating, drinking coffee, going to a meeting, hanging out in the Google playground, and colouring? Yes. A small number of them got fired.

Most of them are still there. So are the fags, trannies, crayons, and niggers. Because the companies I’m calling large businesses need these people for diversity check boxes. These companies can not replace their diversity hires with AI. The job of diversity hires is literally Hitler to be non. Non-white, non-heterosexual, non-male. Yes, they eat, they go to a meeting, they check email, they colour. But none of those things are their function at the company. Their function at the company is to be non. AI can’t do that.

Large business are already absorbing the cost of paying them to do nothing. Getting rid of the check box employees will not save enough money for these companies to even care about.

AI impact on large business employment: A measurable and small number of replacements. Mostly heterosexual white men will be replaced. Be replaced I mean purged.

Medium Business:

Definition – This is everyone in between small and large business as I have defined above. They don’t have unlimited money, but also not on the edge of bankruptcy. They don’t have to make all decisions based on the current popular NPC opinion, but they can’t step too far out of line.

The most replacement will happen here. These companies do have people that can be replaced by AI. They also need to save money.

However.

These companies are fragile enough that they have to care about the perceptions of the NPCs.

Of the jobs at these companies that can be done by AI most are done by women. The next largest group is nons. Then fags, trannies, and the crayon flag ensemble. The smallest number by normal white men.

These companies can not be seen by the NPCs to be firing large numbers of women. This is a potential public (NPC) relations disaster. They will selectively reduce their workforce. It will be a mix of men, women, nons, and crayons. Some women, nons, and crayons will be kept on the payroll despite doing almost nothing.

AI impact on medium business employment: A measurable and significant number of replacements. The number of heterosexual white men replaced will be roughly equivalent to the total number of women, nons, and crayons replaced.

Government:

Definition – Government is the organisation that has a monopoly on the use of force in a geographic region.

In government (at least in the United States at the state and federal levels, and in many cases city level) how much money you get paid is determined in part by how many employees report to you. More employees means more money. Less employees means less money.

No one. I mean no one. Will be replaced by AI. This is totally different from Trump (or any other President) down-sizing the federal government. No government employee – federal, state, city – is going to replace any of their employees with AI and reduce the number of employees reporting to them as this will reduce their pay grade.

AI impact on government employment: None.

Non-profit:

Definition – Non-profits are organisations designed to transfer money to people who can’t get real jobs. These are day care for women, nons, crayons, and effeminate men.

Everyone at a non-profit can be replace by AI. Everyone.

For those of you in the cheap seats: EVERYONE.

The purpose of the non-profit is to give money to people who do nothing. This is accomplished by begging for money. AI can beg for money.

If anyone at a non-profit is replaced by AI that defeats the purpose of the non-profit.

AI impact on non-profit employment: Zero. In fact non-profits will get additional government funding to hire additional people to use AI.

The final reason women specifically will not be replaced in mass by AI:

Women are devoid of morals and any objective sense of right & wrong. They are loyal to the organisation that gives them money and a sense of power beyond their loyalty to anyone/anything else other than themselves. (Bioleninism.) As long as a woman is getting paid and feels like a gurlboss she will do, believe, and support anything the empowering entity (business, government, non-profit) tells her.

If you have good reasoning opposing any of these points I want to hear from you. I’m most always willing to be wrong and really want to be wrong about this. A spike in female unemployment is more that just what I want. It would be a net positive to the economy and to the relationship between men and women.
