Anarchy Moment 0475 – Commentary On A Kikecast – Episode III: We Bravely Go Where No Man Has Gone Before In A Podcast The Likes Of Which Has Never Been Heard Before. We Are So Going To Talk About The Negative Side Effects Of GLP-1 Drugs. — 1 Comment

  1. Great podcast series on GLP1. All drugs have side effects. The key is reading the research and determining if the risk vs reward is worth it. I’ve personally had great success and lost over 50 lbs with Retatrutide. Could I have lost the weight without it? Yeah probably, but it would have been much more difficult as food cravings become very intense for me dragging down my quality of life. Small doses of Reta take that food noise away and I can stick to my planned diet fairly easily. It is my belief that food cravings and food noise are different for each person, which may be why some people tend to binge eat. I’ve noticed a lot of skinny people literally forget to eat most days, but obese people are always thinking about food.

Retatrutide seems to also have cured my fatty liver disease by upregulating of visceral fat burning (as described in various studies) in the body. Dexa scan before and after one year of 2mg/week lose dose Retatrutide confirmed substantial visceral fat loss. I believe Reta has results in higher fat loss due to the glucagon recepter binding that isn’t found with the other GLP1 peptides. Semaglutide (the peptide you covered in the podcast) is already outdated with too many side effects. Once Retatrutide is approved, it’s going to dominate the GLP1 market.

I feel these medications do offer some net benefit to humans, especially obese people who may be able to avoid dropping dead of a heart attack and extend their life a few years. I’ve witnessed several friends of mine who were obese turn their entire lives around and become fitness and health freaks and it all started with GLP1 drugs. With that said, these medications can be abused as shown by Kelly and Sharon Osbourne (wife of the late Ozzy Osbourne). Women seem to be more susceptible to overdosing these medications thinking it will maximize their weight loss not understanding the mechanism on how this technology works.
