The authors are pushing a vegan agenda. They are opposed to heterosexual white people and western civilization. Despite this there is a great amount of truth found in the book.

This episode kicks off with some tangenting – I bet you’re shocked to hear that.

Then we get into:

Fever, diarrhoea, vomiting, inflammation – these are not causes of disease which should be fixed. These are responses of the body to infection, contamination, so forth.

How the Medical Industrial Complex solves all problems by addition instead of subtraction. Are you sick? We must add medication to what you’re doing. It never occurs to doctors to take away the things that are making you sick.

Partially because doctors don’t make money by doing that. Partially because doctors simply haven’t been trained to think that way.

Case study: Adam Piggott’s case of ulcerative colitis.

After six months of putting up with the nasty symptoms of the disease, I finally went to a doctor in Perth, Australia and had the lovely and uplifting experience of a colonoscopy, (which is Latin for, ‘not a friend’). The exam confirmed what I already knew. The doctors prescribed me hard core steroids to take for the rest of my life, (3 pages of side effects that I discovered on the 1997 internet).

It was then that I realised that I had to shop around for a decent doctor. Over twenty years before Covid confirmed this for the rest of the world with eyes to see and ears to hear, I came to the conclusion that Western medicine is primarily concerned with treating symptoms, not treating disease. Make the symptoms manageable but keep the disease so that they have a drug customer for life. I saw a bunch of doctors and the vast majority did not listen to me; had already made up their minds on my case before I walked in the door; were ignorant and unimaginative; were outright drug pushers; were convinced of their superiority due to a degree on their office wall; were worse than useless – they were dangerous.

He came to the conclusion that the disease had been caused by three major factors in my lifestyle – too many antibiotics as a teenager, too much stress from work, and a vegetarian diet which I had been following for about three years at that point, (I know, I know).

He prescribed me some weird tasting gunk that a local pharmacist made up for me, don’t ask me what it was as I don’t know. But the main changes that he prescribed were diet based. No more vego. High protein, high fat, low carb diet. No tinned foods, fresh vegetables only. Lots of meat and fish, all good quality. No processed food, absolutely no junk food. Avoid irritants such as coffee and alcohol.

He didn’t prescribe me any drugs. In fact, he advised me to stay away from them as well as any form of vitamin supplements and the like.

A few weeks after beginning this regime I had my first regular bowel movement in a very long time. I eventually went back to coffee and alcohol with no ill effects. I have stayed away from processed foods and I have only once had a repeat of the issue which lasted only a few days, (I don’t know what brought it on).

I have not been back for another colonoscopy against other doctors’ advice. The reason is because I don’t trust them not to find something that they think that they need to fix with their deadly drugs. I have seen the face of the general medical profession and it is ugly, very ugly indeed. I’ll take my chances, thank you very much.
